Shingles

Remove 11.28 squares of 3-tab shingles. Supply 12.18 squares (12.33 squares after bundle rounding) and install 12.18 squares, including an 8% waste allowance.

Starter & ridge cap

Replace 153.93 LF of continuous starter row at the eaves (6% waste included) and 123.18 LF of 3-tab ridge cap (10% waste included). Field-verify these quantities.

Underlayment

Replace 10.88 squares of single-layer 15 lb felt (2% waste included). Replace 21.32 LF of single-row ice/water shield (5% waste included; source conversion 0.03 square per LF). Verify application and local requirements.

Drip edge

Replace 119.66 LF of mill-finished aluminum eave/rake drip edge, including 5% waste.

Vents & flashings

Replace one medium turbine roof vent, one 3-3/8-inch EPDM split pipe boot, and one aluminum pipe jack. Remove and replace one 6-inch aluminum furnace vent cap and replace one 6-inch aluminum furnace vent pipe flashing.

Front elevation

Remove and replace three aluminum window screens, each in the 6–10 SF size range. Remove 24 SF of vinyl lap siding and replace with 26.40 SF, including 10% waste. Remove 47 SF of vinyl soffit and replace with 49.35 SF, including 5% waste. Remove 23.50 LF of 6-inch aluminum fascia and replace with 24.68 LF, including 5% waste.

Back elevation

Remove and replace two aluminum window screens, each in the 6–10 SF size range. Remove 24 SF of vinyl lap siding and replace with 26.40 SF, including 10% waste.

Left elevation

Remove 24 SF of vinyl lap siding and replace with 26.40 SF, including 10% waste.

Right elevation

Remove and reset 12 SF of vinyl lap siding.

Debris removal

Allow one tandem-axle dump-trailer load for repair debris hauling and disposal.

Example completion requirements

For a future authorized assignment: confirm scope, measurements, material match, access, and any required permits before starting. Photograph each repair area before, during, and after work. Document concealed damage or scope discrepancies and obtain written approval before additional work. Protect surrounding property, remove repair debris, and leave the site clean.
