Information we handle
We handle account email and authentication identifiers; profile contact details, business descriptions, service areas, licenses and insurance information you provide; logos and photos; work requests and responses; reviews; favorites; support tickets; referral and membership waitlist records; and agreement acceptance records. Requests may generate technical logs used to operate and secure the service.
Visibility and use
Directory profiles, service areas, business contact details, and profile media may be visible to other users or accessible through shared links. Work-order information is available to relevant platform participants. Do not upload confidential documents or personal information you do not want shared into profile media. Agreement records and support information are used for account administration, safety, dispute handling, and documenting acceptance, rather than as public profile content.
Service providers
The platform uses hosting, database, file-storage, and authentication providers to operate the service. Information may be processed by those providers for these purposes and may be disclosed when required by law or to address security and misuse. We do not promise absolute security.
Storage and choices
Your browser stores authentication-session information to keep you signed in. Sign out on shared devices. You may update profile information through your account or request access, correction, or deletion at info@projectrnetwork.com. We may retain records where needed for legal obligations, security, unresolved disputes, and documenting agreements; we do not promise immediate deletion from backups or records we are legally required to keep.
