Review Policy

Genuine experience
Reviews must reflect actual business dealings. Do not invent transactions, impersonate a reviewer, coordinate fake ratings, or offer incentives conditioned on a positive or negative rating. The current review tool links client reviews to a posted work order and an accepting contractor; that link is not proof of job completion or payment.
Fair moderation
We may remove content that is fraudulent, threatening, harassing, exposes private information, or otherwise violates this policy. Criticism and low ratings alone are not grounds for removal. A subscription or advertising payment does not purchase removal of legitimate criticism.
Report or respond
Email info@projectrnetwork.com or submit a support ticket identifying the review and relevant evidence. The reviewed business may send a factual response or request review of a moderation decision. Do not include private addresses, financial account details, or unnecessary personal information. We may request additional records; disputed statements are not automatically established facts.
