Terms & Member Responsibilities

Our role
Project R Network provides a business directory and connection service. Members may use platform tools to publish requests and communicate, but Project R Network is not a party to their service agreements. Membership does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Project R Network.
Independent business dealings
Members independently select business partners and negotiate their agreements. Each member is responsible for its representations, work, prices, invoices, payments, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance. Project R Network does not supervise, direct, inspect, or accept member work and does not collect or hold payments for jobs between members.
No guarantees
Membership does not guarantee jobs, leads, payment, workmanship, availability, or any business outcome. Members must independently evaluate other members and document their own job scope, payment terms, and responsibilities.
Verification and reviews
A verification label describes only the specific check expressly identified and its date where provided. Email confirmation, profile completeness, and member-supplied documents do not establish professional competence. Verification is not a guarantee of future conduct. Reviews are member opinions and experiences, not findings by Project R Network.
Member conduct
Provide accurate profiles and only information you have authority to share. Do not impersonate others, post fraudulent opportunities, submit fake reviews, harass members, share confidential information without permission, or misuse platform access. We may investigate reported violations and restrict or suspend accounts. Where practicable, members may respond to allegations and request reconsideration through support.
Subscriptions
Network access charges are separate from member job payments. The currently available membership flow is a waitlist and does not process payments or activate a paid subscription. Before any paid purchase, the checkout must identify the selected city coverage, price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation procedure, and refund policy. Joining a waitlist does not authorize a charge. No introductory price is promised forever. Changes to a purchased plan must be disclosed before the applicable renewal or new purchase.
Platform complaints and job disputes
Report account issues, suspected fraud, misleading profiles, harassment, and review-policy violations through platform support or info@projectrnetwork.com. We may request evidence and moderate access. Members resolve their own contract, quality, invoice, and payment disputes under their agreements and available legal remedies. Moderation does not decide legal liability or obligate Project R Network to pay another member’s debts or perform their work.
Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Project R Network does not assume a member’s contractual obligations or responsibility for losses caused by that member’s conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses our own legal obligations, or restricts nonwaivable rights. No clause guarantees immunity from a claim.
Disputes involving the platform
For a dispute about Project R Network itself, contact info@projectrnetwork.com with the relevant account, events, and requested resolution. We will seek an informal resolution. This process does not prevent lawful remedies, require binding arbitration, or waive a right to bring a claim.
Acceptance and updates
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent. By checking the agreement box and submitting your typed name, you agree electronically to this version of these terms and the review policy and acknowledge the privacy notice. We record your account identifier, email, typed name, business name, role, terms version, and server timestamp. Material changes require notice and renewed acceptance in the platform. A signature does not waive nonwaivable legal rights.
